All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Customs & Import Duties

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@cooldays.shop and we will resolve it immediately — full replacement or full refund, your choice.
