1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from cooldays.shop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

2. Products and Descriptions

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustration purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice. The free phone fan is a promotional gift included with every parasol order — it has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US Dollars ($). We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting hello@cooldays.shop. After 1 hour, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled — but you can still return the item under our 30-day return policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues — you will receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

We ship to the United States and worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. CoolDays is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Free shipping is available on US orders over $19.99.

6. Returns and Refunds
